The Content Engineer / Web Developer position is responsible for programming the .com user interface and ultimately contributing to a high quality customer experience on the website. Skills/Qualifications: • BA/BS in Computer Science, IT or related field • Minimum 5 years professional Internet work experience • Ability to demonstrate previous work experience via URLs • Experience with browser-based technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.) • Experience with Java technologies (JSP, J2EE, Taglibs, etc.) • Experience with Version Control systems (CVS, Clearcase, SourceSafe, etc) • Experience with XML technologies (XSLT, XPATH, XML, etc.) • Familiarity with open source libraries / framework (Struts, Hibernate, Spring, etc.) • Knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform and design constraints on the web • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills • Working knowledge of PC, UNIX and Mac environments.
